These terms govern your use of drevifashion.com and any order you place on it. By placing an order you accept them.

Products

Drevi Fashion sells Indo-western and Indian festive wear in two ways: pieces we handpick from ateliers and mills we buy from, and Drevi Originals, which we design ourselves and cut to your measurements. Photographs are taken in natural and studio light; colour can vary slightly between screens and between dye lots. Small irregularities in handwork are a feature of the technique, not a defect.

Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. We issue a GST invoice with every order under GSTIN 27BCXPD1099Q1ZM. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to it.

Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. A GST invoice is issued with every order.

  • Ready-to-ship sizes under ₹15,000: Cash on Delivery is available with a ₹500 COD fee.
  • Ready-to-ship sizes at ₹15,000 and above: pay 50% now and the rest in cash on delivery, with a ₹250 fee.
  • Made-to-measure sizes: prepaid only, with ₹200 off your order.

A cart containing any made-to-measure piece is prepaid in full, because payment terms apply to the whole order. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example if the piece is no longer available, the price was listed in error, or the delivery address is outside the areas we serve. If we cancel, we refund in full.

Made-to-measure

When you choose a size that is not a stocked ready-to-ship size, the piece is cut for you. Our stylist takes your measurements on WhatsApp within 24 hours of the order. Because the piece cannot be resold, it is not returnable; if it does not fit as agreed we redo the fit at our cost.

Your account and conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping your account credentials safe. Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to copy our content for commercial use.

Drevi Wallet

The Drevi Wallet is store credit in your Drevi account, and these terms apply while we offer it. You sign in with your email, using a one-time code we send you, and the wallet opens once you add your mobile number.

  • Welcome credit. A new wallet opens with ₹1,000. One wallet per account and per mobile number.
  • Using credit. Credit can be used on orders of ₹5,000 or more, measured before shipping and fees. You apply it in the bag, and it is added to that order as a single-use code that lasts 30 minutes.
  • Earning credit. When an order is fully paid and dispatched, 10% of what you paid for the pieces comes back to your wallet. This is measured after every discount, including wallet credit, and excludes shipping, COD fees and part-payment fees.
  • Expiry. Credit stays valid for 12 months from the last time credit was added to your wallet. If no credit is added for 12 months, the balance expires.
  • Cancellations and returns. If an order is cancelled, the credit used on it returns to your wallet and the 10% earned on it is removed. If you return pieces, the credit used on those pieces returns to your wallet and the 10% earned on them is removed.
  • No cash value. Credit is a reward, not money you have deposited. It cannot be bought, topped up, withdrawn as cash, or moved to another number.
  • Misuse. We may suspend a wallet, or remove credit, obtained by misuse, such as opening wallets with numbers you do not own.
  • Changes. We may change these wallet terms or end the wallet. Changes are posted on this page.

Intellectual property

All photography, text, designs and the Drevi Fashion name and marks on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
