Shipping policy

India

  • Free shipping on orders of ₹5,000 and above
  • ₹350 on orders below ₹5,000
  • Dispatch: within 1 to 2 business days of the order
  • Delivery: 5 to 7 business days from dispatch

International

We currently ship to the United States at a flat ₹2,000, delivered in 7 to 14 business days. For any other country, message us on WhatsApp at +91 88280 43555 and we will quote a rate before you order. Duties and customs charges are payable by the recipient on arrival.

Made-to-measure pieces

A size cut to your measurements adds about 25 days to the delivery above, to allow for taking measurements, cutting and finishing. If you also ask for an alteration on a ready-to-ship size, allow 2 extra business days.

Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. A GST invoice is issued with every order.

  • Ready-to-ship sizes under ₹15,000: Cash on Delivery is available with a ₹500 COD fee.
  • Ready-to-ship sizes at ₹15,000 and above: pay 50% now and the rest in cash on delivery, with a ₹250 fee.
  • Made-to-measure sizes: prepaid only, with ₹200 off your order.

A cart containing any made-to-measure piece is prepaid in full, because payment terms apply to the whole order. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link on WhatsApp and by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delays

Delivery estimates are counted in business days and exclude Sundays and public holidays. Courier delays, weather and regional disruptions are outside our control; we will keep you updated on WhatsApp if your order is affected.
