Returns & Exchanges

Our policy

We offer 7-day returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and packaging intact. Initiate the request within 7 days of delivery.

How to return or exchange

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email returns@drevifashion.com with your order number.
2. We'll arrange a reverse pickup from your address (free within India).
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, or store credit if you prefer.
4. For exchanges, we'll ship the replacement once the original arrives back.

Not eligible for return

• Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page
• Custom-tailored or made-to-measure pieces
• Items returned without original tags or packaging
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or laundering

Damaged or wrong item received?

Send a photo via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We'll prioritize the return and a full replacement at no cost.
