Returns & Exchanges
Our policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery on ready-to-ship sizes (M, L and XL), unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to return or exchange
Message us on WhatsApp or email support@drevifashion.com with your order number. We arrange a reverse pickup from your address, free anywhere in India. Once the piece reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer. Orders paid by Cash on Delivery are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to an account in the buyer’s name. For exchanges we ship the replacement once the original arrives back.
Not eligible for return
- Made-to-measure sizes, which are cut to your own measurements
- Pieces you asked us to alter
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration or laundering
If a made-to-measure or altered piece does not fit as agreed, tell us within 7 days and we redo the fit at our cost.
Damaged or wrong item received?
Send a photograph on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We collect the piece and send a replacement at no cost, or refund in full.
COD and part-payment fees are not refunded, as they cover collection and handling already carried out. The full Refund Policy is the binding version.
